Chances are if you called on INTERSIGN.com in the past, Holly may have answered the phone. As our Customer Service Lead for the past 8 years, Holly has helped create an impeccable, 5-star service department. With her kind demeanor and gracious spirit, she not only impresses customers, but inspires all of us who work with her to be our very best.
1. What does a normal day as the Customer Service Lead look like?
Every day is different. We pride ourselves on providing the best customer service experience possible, so no prerecorded messages or scripts here. That means when you call — we answer. When you chat us — you get a live person. When you have questions — we have answers. Plus, we’ve even been known to build signs if the need arises. It’s all about a willingness to serve others and that manifests in many different ways.
2. Where are you originally from, and where do you live now?
I am Chattanooga born and raised, but I currently live in north Georgia. I would love to travel but couldn’t imagine calling anywhere else home.

3. How long have you been in the sign industry and/or with INTERSIGN.com?
I’ve been with INTERSIGN.com for almost 8 years.
4. What’s the most rewarding part of your job?
Teaching others and seeing them succeed. We lay a foundation of customer service through our Foundations Training Program. It allows us to set a mindset of service throughout every aspect of the company and seeing that in practice every day is very rewarding.
5. What’s something you’ve learned since being in the industry?
You never realize how much goes into a sign until you see an artisan in action. It really is an art!

6. What’s one thing people don’t often know about signs?
All of the rules and regulations. My team prides itself on being educated on sign compliancy whether it be brand or code. We do our best to preemptively know what our customer’s need so they can focus on providing a memorable experience for their guests. We’ll take care of the signs!
7. If you had unlimited money and could go anywhere: where would you go and why?
I would thru-hike the Appalachian Trail with my husband. We hiked part of the Georgia section a few years ago and it was such an amazing experience. Life can be hectic, but I find such peace when I’m in the woods.
8. Outside of helping clients get the best signs ever, what do you enjoy doing?
I’m very involved in music ministry, but I also enjoy running, painting, and home improvement projects.
9. What is your favorite restaurant in the world, and what’s your go-to travel meal?
Right now, I’m stuck on Panera, but when we travel, we have to start the trip with breakfast at Cracker Barrel.
10. What travel accessory can you not do without?
Running shoes. Not really a travel accessory, but no matter where we go – we like to get a good run in.

11. What’s your favorite TV show or movie?
My favorite movie is Big Fish.
12. What’s your favorite travel destination?
I don’t travel much but I would have to say it’s a toss up between Gulf Shores, Alabama and Blue Ridge, Georgia. I just enjoy being outside, whether it’s at the beach or in the mountains.
